DANI Naturals wants every customer to be completely satisfied with each purchase, and offers a 30-day period to return or exchange eligible items.

Return eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • After initial use, smell, or test, if you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange the product within the 30-day period.

  • To be eligible, items should be in reasonable condition and accompanied by your order confirmation.

Refunds and exchanges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact customer service within 7 days of delivery so a replacement, exchange, or refund can be arranged.

  • In these cases, DANI Naturals may cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Exceptions

  • For health, safety, and freshness reasons, certain items may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange; any such exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page where applicable.

  • DANI Naturals reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet this policy’s conditions or that are sent back without prior authorization.
