Refunds and exchanges

After your return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to your original method of payment, or an exchange will be processed according to your request.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact customer service within 7 days of delivery so a replacement, exchange, or refund can be arranged.

In these cases, DANI Naturals may cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Exceptions
